Chicken liver with bacon and cheese

1 kg chicken livers
300 g bacon
400 g mushrooms
2 onions
3-4 pickles
1 cup white wine
sour cream (optional)
salt, pepper
soy sauce
sunflower oil

In 1-2 tbsp sunflower oil fry chopped larger cubes of bacon. After a few minutes, add chopped also in large pieces fungi, white wine is added. Once the bacon and mushrooms pozadushat are added and livers, pre-washed and drained, seasoned with pepper and soy sauce and sauté over low heat with the lid on for about 10 minutes. Optional can add 2-3 tablespoons of sour cream. When the livers are almost ready, add onion cut in crescents and pickles julienne. Mix everything, put the lid on, the stove is off the dish and leave it for 5 minutes. The aim onion and pickles remain crunchy. The dish is finally add salt if necessary as bacon, soy sauce and pickles let their salt. Livers are served hot, top grate cheese that melts from the heat. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.

Beautiful and delicious recipe. Goes to favorites. Crunchy cucumbers to, but onion in a dish and it nesvaren little doubt that my people will like it. After assessment, as it cooks.

Onions not remain raw, the heat is steamed and served crispy, but not nesvaren. Less like a technology that is prepared kebab stoned.
