Ingredients
1 kg chicken livers
3-4 onions
150-200 g of sour cream
1 and 1/2 tbsp mustard
1/2 tsp pepper
150-200 g cheese
3-4 tbsp sunflower oil
1/2 tsp salt
Method
Livers Put them in a pan with 3-4 tbsp water on the stove to turns white, add onion, chopped freckles and stew until tender. Add cream, mustard, salt and pepper and let simmer until thickened. Serve hot with grated cheese.
