Chicken with rice - II type

Ingredients
1 (1 kg) chicken
1/2 cup (100 ml) vegetable oil
1 cup (200 g) rice
2-3 heads (150 g) onion
1 tsp (5 g) red pepper
2-3 (150 g) green peppers
7-8 (750 g) tomatoes
50 g cheese
1 -2 cloves garlic
salt

Method
In the heated fat is put chopped onion, then sauté a few minutes chopped tomatoes. Add red pepper, peeled cloves of garlic, chopped peppers and chicken, cut into portions. Dish add salt and stew 15-20 minutes. Add the cleaned and washed rice. Then add 2 1/2 cups hot water. The dish is left on low heat 20-30 minutes, without stirring, sprinkle with grated cheese and serve.
