Chicken, roast rustic

Ingredients
1 (1 kg) chicken
giblets from chicken
4-5 (400 g) red tomatoes
2-3 chili peppers
100 g butter
1 bunch dill
5-6 cloves garlic
2 links onions
1 bunch mint
pepper
salt
Method
Giblets the chicken thoroughly wash, finely chopped and placed in a saucepan, pour water, add salt and cook. As part of the oil sauté finely chopped tomatoes, onions and garlic. Stir in pepper and pour a little broth from the giblets. In the sauce, after boil, add cooked trinkets, and a little later baked, peeled and cut into chunks peppers and chopped mint. The mixture stew on low heat until the fat remains. The chicken is cut into two halves, add salt, smeared with remaining butter on both sides and bake a BBQ on the coals. Serve with steamed trifles.
