Chicken soup with leeks and prunes

Ingredients
350 g of white chicken meat cut into cubes
350 g leek
25 g butter
1.2 liters chicken broth
8 dry prunes
parsley
thyme
salt
pepper
Method
Cut the leek into pieces 3 cm long and with chicken fry in the butter 8 minutes. Pour in the chicken broth, put spices and boil on low heat for 45 minutes. Add prunes, cut into two and the soup boil for another 20 minutes.
