Chicken stew with zucchini

800 g chicken
1 carrot
1-2 onions (fresh or old)
600-700 g zucchini
200 g tomatoes (fresh or sterilized)
3-4 tbsp sunflower oil
1 tbsp toasted flour
dill, parsley

Cut into portions chicken is boiled almost to stand in salted water. Grate carrot stew in the heated sunflower oil with chopped onion (if used green onions are added after 2-3 minutes). Add peeled and diced zucchini and a bit of chicken broth. After courgettes slightly tender, add chopped tomatoes, a little fuzzy in cold water toasted flour and meat. Once the dish boil tries salt transferred to a baking dish and bake in the oven. Serve sprinkled with chopped dill or parsley. * In the winter you can use canned zucchini. Then after stew carrots and onions, add all other products without further treatment and Bake. * Especially tasty are obtained if the dish is baked in a stew or individual pots.

Great and amazing appetizing picture. Goes to favorites and will soon be made with zucchini, because so far I put various vegetables.

akva7, I also have a weakness for the combination of different vegetables. This is the old, forgotten recipes. Who does not like carrots, may not put. The combination as zucchini, onions and tomatoes is sufficient. So do vegetarian stew. Sometimes I add a little salt bush. Did add products depending on the currently available!
