Chicken truffles

Ingredients
500 g chicken
egg 2
3 tbsp butter
5 tbsp breadcrumbs
5 tbsp flour
salt
Method
Chicken fillet grind and add it to the butter and salt. Stir until a uniform mixture. Formed into small balls that are dipped in beaten eggs, rolled in flour, dip again in the egg and finally rolled in breadcrumbs. Fry in deep fat fryer.
