Chicken Turkish

Ingredients
1 chicken with giblets
1 small onion
40 ml sunflower oil
100 g rice
salt, pepper
parsley
butter
1 yolk
100 g cream
Method
Grated onion fry in the oil, add the giblets from the chicken. After 5 minutes, add the rice and fry. Add salt, pepper and water. Stews until soft and add parsley. The resulting mixture is subsequently filled chicken. The chicken is coated on the outside with butter, bake in an oven, as watered sauce expiring. Once ready, smeared with egg yolks, beaten in cream, seasoned with salt and pepper. Bake to form a golden crust.

The recipe is very nice, I put parsley instead of mint and I did not lubrication yolk. Henceforth will cook regularly because not only I, but my family liked the chicken. Congratulations!
