Children caramel custard with fruit

Ingredients
500 ml milk or cream
2 tbsp sugar
2 eggs
40 g starch
cream for decoration
1 tbsp sugar
fruit of your choice
almonds
Method
The sugar is caramelized , pour 4 tbsp hot water, stir and bring to the boil, then pour 250 ml milk. Starch and egg yolks are broken down in the remaining milk and add to milk with caramel. The mixture was heated to near The boiling, stirring continuously. Remove from heat and add the beaten egg whites to stiff. Cream poured into cups or bowls compote, decorate or raw fruit compote and add cream, sprinkled with almonds.
