Ingredients
750 g pork
1 onion
2-3 cloves garlic
2 tbsp sunflower oil
1 chili pepper
1 tsp paprika
2 tbsp tomato paste
1/2 cup meat broth
2 peppers
250 g of cooked beans
1 bay leaf
pepper, salt
Method
The meat is cut into pieces and fry in the oil. Onion, garlic and cleaned chili pepper finely. Add to the meat, stir and add the red pepper, tomato paste, bay leaf and broth. Stews hour. Add coarsely chopped peppers and strangling continued for about 30 minutes. Pour the beans and boil for another 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. In need can make more broth.
