Chinese salad with green beans

Ingredients
400 g of fresh or frozen thin green beans
4 eggs
100 g of wheat or soy sprouts
300 g Chinese cabbage
2 tbsp finely chopped celery leaves
3 tbsp sesame butter
1 tbsp (10 ml) lemon juice
salt
Method
Green beans boiled in a large amount of water. Eggs are cut into quarters or eighths. The sprouts are scalded with boiling water, drained, chopped and mixed with Chinese cabbage, cut into thin strips, and celery. Add the drained green beans and chopped hard-boiled eggs. Salad add salt and pour the sesame butter, broken with the lemon juice. Decorate optional.
