Chocolate cream with almonds

Ingredients
5 eggs
1 cup chopped almonds
20 g butter
250 g chocolate
1/3 cup rum
1 cup powdered sugar
cream for garnish
Method
Grate the chocolate and melt together with rum. Add the butter and the mixture was stirred. Eggs froth with powdered sugar and mix with the chocolate-butter mixture and chopped almonds. The whole was stirred until it became a foam. Then the cream is poured into cups as top garnish with whipped cream.
