Coconut milk rice

Ingredients
300 g rice
3 cups milk
150 g coconut
150 g sugar
1 tbsp grated lemon peel
1 orange
cinnamon
Method
Put the rice to boil with a little water and a pinch of salt. Once poizpari water, add sugar, coconut milk and lemon rind. Boil the mixture over low heat, stirring to not burn. When fully softened rice, poured it into a bowl, drenched with cold water. Sprinkle cooled dessert with cinnamon and decorate with slices of orange.
