Cold layered cake with biscotti and fruit

Ingredients
400 g biscuits
160 g butter
160 g of powdered sugar
4 eggs
160 g ground walnuts
100 g rum (liqueur, cognac)
# To decorate:
250 g cream
100 g of powdered sugar
500 g seasonal fruits

Method
In the form of cake arrange one row biscuits, sprinkled with rum (cognac, liqueur). Gaps are filled with crushed biscuits. Spread half of the cream prepared as follows: the egg whites were separated from the yolks of 4 eggs are broken down into the snow. The butter was also stirred with powdered sugar, and thereto were added one at a time while stirring the four yolk. Pour a little beaten whites and ground walnuts. On cream rank the remaining ladyfingers, also sprayed with rum. Top dabbed the remainder of the cream. The cake is left in the fridge for a few hours to set. Then removed from the mold and garnish with shattered cream with powdered sugar and fruit in season.

Very light, delicious and hazel preparation. I tried a version after the cream sprinkled with plenty of cocoa and added homemade sweet white cherries. And added to the cream finely chopped pieces of sweet green figs.
