Cooked pork trotters with sauerkraut and peas

Ingredients
4 pork trotters
375 g peas
1 kg sauerkraut
1 onion
3 juniper berries
1 bay leaf
1 tsp marjoram
salt
Method
Peas washed, pour cold water, add marjoram and salt and boil until soft. Pig feet with onion, bay leaf and juniper plodchetata cook 1 hour (until tender). Then, sauerkraut and feet are put on it. Allow to boil for another 30 minutes. Peas are passaged and served with sauerkraut and legs. To the dish can be served boiled potatoes and mustard necessarily.

I will only add that the legs are cooked about 3.5 hours. After an hour and a half cooking, you can not rip bite them.
