Cookies with cream

Ingredients
300 g of sour cream
200 g butter or margarine
200 g sugar
600-650 g flour
2 tsp vanilla sugar
2 tsp baking powder
# For sprinkling:
sugar
grated orange peel
Method
The butter mix with the sugar and vanilla sugar. Add cream and stir. Then pour the flour, previously mixed with baking powder and knead not very stiff dough. Wrap in household foil and put in the fridge for 30 minutes. Subtracting, roll on floured surface. The thickness should be about 5 mm. Sprinkle with sugar and grated orange peel. Cut out shapes optional and are arranged in a tray covered with baking paper or greased with butter. Put them in a preheated oven at 180C degrees. Bake until golden, about 35-45 minutes.
