Corn with Cheese

Ingredients
500 g canned corn
1 onion
2 eggs
200 g cheese
1 pepper
80 g margarine or butter
80 ml milk
30 g flour
pepper
salt
black pepper
1 tsp mustard
Method
In half margarine and a little water sauté chopped onion and pepper finely. When tender add the flour, paprika, salt and mustard. Stirring continuously, add the beaten eggs, warm milk, grated cheese and corn. Spread with remaining margarine baking dish, pour into it and bake in a moderate oven.
