Cream with fruits

Ingredients
500 g cream
4 tbsp sugar
1 cup milk
15 g gelatin
fruit of your choice
nuts of your choice - walnuts, almonds
biscuits cat tongue
Method
Milk is heated with sugar until it melts. Insert the gelatine, previously soaked in cold water. After the mixture was cooled, added cream, fruit optional (strawberry, raspberry, orange, etc.), walnuts or almonds. Pour the mixture into a suitable form and cover the top with a cat's tongue biscuits. Leave in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours. Remove just before serving.
