Ingredients
          500 g pumpkin
          300 g sugar
          125 g cream cheese
          200 g cream
          1 egg
          powdered sugar
          coconut
          vanilla, rum

          Method
              Cooked pumpkin with sugar (and water enough to cover the pumpkin). Pureed January Beat egg yolks with powdered sugar (to taste), rum and cream cheese. Egg white whipping snow. To the mixture of egg yolks add fresh cream and whip until smooth mixture of cream. In cups cream to put half of the pumpkin cream of cream cream then sprinkle with coconut.

This will very tasty, by now feel it! In how much water is boiled pumpkin? Drain you of water or pureed with it?
Water puts enough to cover the pumpkin puree legalist without water.
