Cream soup of brain

Ingredients
1 porcine brain
1 onion
60 g butter
1/4 cup (50 g) flour
1 l soup
2 eggs
1 slice white bread
pepper
nutmeg
parsley
salt
Method
Finely chopped parsley Fry 50 g butter, add flour, fry is gradually pour the broth, stir well and add the chopped brain, which was removed skin. Soup boil 20 minutes passaged is seasoned, add salt, vazvaryava and add the beaten eggs. Sprinkle chopped parsley and serve with fried in butter morsels of white bread.
