Crispy fried potatoes stuffed with

Ingredients
about 1 kg large potatoes
150 g cheese
150 g ham
2-3 eggs
flour and breadcrumbs (a batter)
salt
pepper
sunflower oil
Method
Potatoes Boil, peel and after cool cut into slices. Add salt and pepper spice. Between every two slices put a slice of ham and cheese, slightly pressed. So shaped potatoes rolled in flour, beaten eggs and breadcrumbs. Fry in hot sunflower oil until golden. Fried potatoes can be served with a sauce of yogurt, mayonnaise and blue cheese.
