Crispy mushroom slices

2-3 large field mushrooms
2 eggs
1/2 cup flour
1 cup white bread crumbs (Panko, Panko)
1 and 1/2 tsp seasoning for steak or other spices of your choice
spray with cooking fat

Clean the mushrooms. With a knife cut the stems to the center - remain filled. Using a spoon scrape remove spores. Cut slices of mushrooms. Three vessel to prepare the breading - lightly beaten eggs, flour and bread crumbs mixed with spice. Breaded in flour, then in egg and finally in bread crumbs and arrange the slices on a tray littered with baking paper or foil. Thus arranged slices lightly spray with cooking spray. Bake in preheated oven - 220C degrees for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown. During grilling turn them once to be evenly baked. Serve with mayonnaise sauce of your choice. * You may need more mushrooms - depends on their size.

Maybe I'll ask for some stupid question, but what is this cooking spray? Water-based or is it more a greasy product? The recipe seems interesting, much like mushrooms and certainly tasty.

Sounds interesting! Panada comes not a lot of 2-3 mushrooms? It will if I do them, I will do 20 -30, but ask gc;) And one more thing - what you call cooking spray? Oil in a spray bottle? Or some other modern gadgets: D

Hihi, Milenka big telepathy between the two of us, my dear :) If oil in a spray bottle, I have long've done my own zamyana- bought a small empty bottles mechanism for inflating (right name? as preparations for cleaning lentilses), and I poured them into various types of oil, and the other - different vinegars. Furthermore, use them and even spraying of cake on cake, spray the leaves of my indoor plants and so on.. :) :) :)

Hello ...Rally and I'm done Srey in pump bottle ...:) ... and mushrooms depends on their size and the desired amount of mushroom slices ... me over the egg mixture stop;)

can replace mushrooms with other favorite mushrooms ... when injecting the fat on them by pump tan of breadcrumbs becomes even ...

it took me a long time ... but I found the recipe from the source ... and already in the notebook will note ... step by step!
