2-3 large field mushrooms
1/2 cup flour
1 cup white bread crumbs (Panko, Panko)
1 and 1/2 tsp seasoning for steak or other spices of your choice
spray with cooking fat

Clean the mushrooms. With a knife cut the stems to the center - remain filled. Using a spoon scrape remove spores. Cut slices of mushrooms. Three vessel to prepare the breading - lightly beaten eggs, flour and bread crumbs mixed with spice. Breaded in flour, then in egg and finally in bread crumbs and arrange the slices on a tray littered with baking paper or foil. Thus arranged slices lightly spray with cooking spray. Bake in preheated oven - 220C degrees for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown. During grilling turn them once to be evenly baked. Serve with mayonnaise sauce of your choice. * You may need more mushrooms - depends on their size.
