Croquettes fish with vegetables

Ingredients
700-800 g of fresh fish
2 onions
1 bunch roots soup
1/2 head red beet
1-2 potatoes
1 pickle
1/4 tea cup . cream
40 g butter
flour
breadcrumbs
Salt
pepper
grated nutmeg
1/4 cup wine
3 eggs
vegetable oil for frying
Method
Fish is cleaned and put in boiling salted water with coarsely chopped onions and root soup to boil to Braising (20-25 minutes). Remove bones removed. The fish was ground through a sieve. Broth strain and it dosvaryavat roots soup and potatoes. Boil separately cleaned beetroot. All vegetables smash with a fork, and beet pickles cut into very small cubes. Pretritata fish, mashed vegetables, cream, beetroot and pickles mix. Add 1 egg, spices and a thick béchamel sauce prepared from 2 tbsp flour fried in the butter and diluted with a small portion of the broth and wine (if necessary, the compression of the mixture was added a little flour). The mixture is shaped croquettes, PANIC in flour, in beaten eggs and breadcrumbs and fry in heated vegetable oil until light yellow color.
