Dolmas with mutton pieces

Ingredients
350 g mutton
1 cup (200 g) rice
1/2 cup (100 ml) vegetable oil
1-2 heads (150 g) onion
3-4 (250 g) Tomato
1 (50 g) carrots
1 tsp (5 g) red pepper
pepper
cumin
salt
leaves (grape or cabbage)
Method
The rice is cleaned and washed onions cut onion and tomatoes and carrots grated. These products are added fat, red pepper, spices and salt to taste. The meat is cut into small pieces, and the leaves are steamed to soften. In each leaf put 1-2 pieces of meat and 1 scoop of rice mixture. Shrinking dolmas, which rank in a saucepan, pour water or broth from the bones of meat, pressed with a plate and cook on low heat until the fat remain.
