Eggplant with eggs and feta cheese in a pot

Ingredients
500 g eggplants (eggplants)
250 g feta cheese (cottage cheese)
7 eggs
75 g fat (butter, margarine or sunflower oil)
2 peppers
1 onion
1/2 bunch parsley
5 peppercorns
salt

Method
Eggplants are roasted, peeled and finely chopped. The feta cheese is crushed. Onions and peppers are finely chopped and steamed with 2/3 of the fat. Steamed vegetables, mixed with the prepared eggplant and feta cheese, half the parsley (chopped) and 2 eggs. If necessary, the mixture was added salt and it is distributed into pots previously covered with the remaining oil. Gyuvechetata baked for a short time in an oven and is removed to be placed in each one egg, taking care not to rupture the yolk thereof. Gyuvechetata then placed back in the oven and dopichat. Serve warm, garnished with berry pepper in the middle of the yolk and sprig fresh parsley.

minakaneva, depends on the size of gyuvechetata. Mine are small and I distribute in 4-5 gyuvechentsa. maybe your were - golemichki and why you came out only two. Next time you increase your products.
