1 kg potatoes
250 g sheep cheese
60 g butter
1 cup milk
4 eggs

Method
Cook potatoes and still warm peel and grated. The feta cheese is also grated in large pieces and add to the potatoes. Add the fried briefly butter, heated milk and add salt to taste.
