Festive summer kapama

Ingredients
500 g pork
500 g veal
4 chicken legs (800 g)
15 small onions
1/3 cup sunflower oil
8 tomatoes (600 g)
1 head of garlic
1 cup wine of your choice
2 bay leaves
5 Allspice
10 peppercorns
1 tbsp paprika, salt
Method
The meat is cut into portions, tomatoes coarsely chopped garlic peel, onion peels and heads remain intact . In clay casseroles, products rank so: meat puts shuffle of all kinds, among them are the onions, garlic, bay leaf, black pepper, allspice. Tomatoes rank on meat. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and pour the oil, wine and 1 cup water. Capped, and then baked for 3 hours at 150 C. After 2 hours, can be checked, and the amount of water if necessary to make up hot.

Desi, of course, that can be improvised. But do not put pepper, zashtogo smell of stew, and the idea is not.
