Ingredients
4 fillets of hake
200 ml milk
salt
2 cloves garlic
200 g yogurt
dill
1 egg

Method
Fillets thaw. Place in a baking dish and pour in the milk, add salt, add chopped garlic and parsley. Leave in the refrigerator for about an hour. Then together with the marinade in the oven at 200 C for about 15 minutes. Make a sauce of yogurt, dill and egg and bake about 10 minutes.
