Fine apple dessert

Ingredients
4 apples
100 ml liquor or cognac
2 eggs
150 g flour
sugar
cinnamon
sunflower oil
Method
Peel apples and cut their core, taking care to remain intact. Cut into slices with a thickness of 2-3 mm. Place in a bowl and pour liqueur. While standing broken eggs for breading. Each piece of apple add some in flour, dip in egg and fry until golden. Ready, fried apples sprinkled with sugar and cinnamon. Optional can be served sprinkled with honey, chocolate spread or topping of your choice.
