Fish from the Black Forest

Ingredients
2 fish mackerel
pickles 2
1 carrot
1 lemon
50 g butter
3-4 tbsp tarragon (red wine)
sweet and chilli pepper
salt
Method
In the abdomen of cleaned fish are put on wheels cut carrot and cucumber. Sprinkle with spices, sprinkled with sagebrush and covered with slices of lemon. Mackerel are wrapped in greased foil and bake BBQ 10-15 minutes on each side.
