Fish with parsley

Ingredients
1 kg hake
3 bunches of parsley
1 lemon
1/2 cup (100 ml) vegetable oil
3 cloves garlic
2 cup (400 ml) of water
4-5 olives
salt
pepper
paprika
Method
Fish is cleaned, washed and cut into portions, add salt, sprinkle with pepper and leave for 1 hour. Half fat is heated and it stew a few seconds parsley. Add the fish with the garlic, cut into small slices, pour water and boil for about 15 minutes. Remove carefully, put it into serving dishes, pour with magdanozoviya sauce and sprinkle with a little lemon juice and paprika. The remaining oil is heated to boiling and it with a spoon pour a little on the red pepper. The dish is garnished with slices of lemon and olives. Serve cold.
