Fish solyanka

700 g set for fish soup cod (head, tail clippings)
2 large potatoes
pickles 3
2 onions
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp butter
2 green onions
1/2 bunch of parsley and dill
100 g sour cream
black pepper, salt, bay leaf
Set of soup, pour 2 liters of cold water and bring to boil. If the queue is greater, cut into 2-3 pieces. Allow to simmer over low heat, otpenva. 10 minutes piecing be removed from the heat add salt. Separate the meat from the bones, strain the broth. Potatoes and cucumbers cut straws. Green onions, parsley and dill finely. Onions cut into small pieces and stew in the butter. Add the tomato paste diluted with a little water. Pour the broth. Once boiling add the potatoes. After 10-15 minutes, add the cucumbers, bay leaf, black pepper and boil for another 5-10 minutes. Finally returned the fish, put the cream and stir well. In presenting sprinkle with parsley, dill and green onions.
