Fish in Tetevenski

Ingredients
300 g fresh small river fish
2-3 (150 g) red tomatoes
8-10 cloves of garlic
1 spicy pepper
5 tbsp (50 ml) vegetable oil
salt
parsley
Method
Washed, peeled and chopped tomatoes stewed in fat, then flooded with water and add salt. When the boil, add to fried and finely chopped spicy pepper and fish, pre-washed, salted and roasted on fire. The dish is boiled for 10-15 minutes on medium heat, seasoned with parsley and crushed garlic and serve.

This recipe is wonderful! My mother is from the Republic. Becomes good when cooked tomatoes to add roasted sweet pepper and roasted onions. Furthermore, the broth is allowed 24 hours to cool and then is a wonderful appetizer for Tetevenska plum rakia!
