800 g - 1 kg pangasius fillet (or other fish)

Fillets thaw (not completely, not very tender), dry, sprayed with lemon, sprinkle with salt and spices of your choice. Zelenishite thoroughly wash and blanched for 1-2 minutes in boiling salted water (I used salt bush). Drain them, pour cold water, drain again, squeeze well and finely.
