Ingredients
1 kg snails with shells
2 yolks
flour
pepper
salt
parsley
vinegar
1 cup white wine
2 carrots
1 onion
pinch of thyme
vegetable oil for frying
Method
Snails are washed and showered with cold water, which add salt, vinegar and a little flour. After rest for 2 hours and washed well, and immersed in hot water for 5-6 minutes.
