Ingredients
1 head red beet
2 eggs
2 tbsp flour
salt
pepper
lemon
Method
Roast beetroot and cut into circles. Beat the eggs with the flour, add salt and pepper, beetroot dip in egg mixture and fry in preheated oil. Serve them hot, sprinkled with pepper, salt and lemon juice.
