Fried bites of fish fillet

Ingredients
800 g - 1 kg cleaned fish fillets
lemon juice or vinegar
salt
pepper
5-6 tbsp flour
5-6 tbsp vegetable oil
lemon for garnish
Method
Fillet cut into strips and then into cubes (3x3 cm), marinated with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Allow to sit for one hour, add some flour and fry in hot oil until golden color. When frying fish pieces slice or latticed spoon (not a fork, not expire juice them). Fried bites were drained on paper or sieve and serve with lemon.
