Fried language Temptation

Ingredients
800 g veal, beef or pork language
1 bunch roots soup
1 onion
salt
pepper
allspice
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup flour
parsley
Method
Language is washed and put in boiling salted water to boil. After about 20 minutes, remove the foam, add coarsely chopped root soup, bisected onion, pepper and allspice beans and everything boil until soft. The language is removed, immersed in cold water and peel, then cut into slices. Slices are salting and shpikovat with very thin strips of smoked breasts. Dipped in pancake dough made from egg, milk, flour, a pinch of salt and a pinch of nutmeg and fry until light yellow color in very hot fat. Put in warmed bowls and scatter with parsley salted. Broth soup and roots can be used to soup up with egg and seasoned to taste with lemon juice.
