Fried meatballs with minced meat and potatoes

Ingredients
600-700 g potatoes
1 onion
1 clove garlic
1 tsp tomato sauce
200 g minced meat
1 bay leaf
150 ml milk
1 tbsp butter
1 egg
breadcrumbs
pepper
salt
fat frying
Method
Boiled potatoes smash mash while hot. Add milk, salt and the butter, stir and leave to cool. Fry the minced meat and thereto is added salt, pepper, crushed garlic, bay leaf, tomato sauce and onions. Taken of mashed potatoes, formed into a ball, make a hole in the middle and filled with fried mince. Form a ball that add some in beaten egg, then in bread crumbs and fry in a well heated sunflower oil in the fryer.
