Fried meatballs with rice

Ingredients
250 g of ground beef
3 eggs
1 slice (75 g) bread
1/2 cup (100 g) rice
1 cup (200 g) breadcrumbs
1/2 cup (100 ml) vegetable oil
pepper
savory
salt
Method
The meat is kneaded with egg yolks, pre-soaked in water, bread, savory, black pepper and salt to taste. Formed into meatballs, which puts a bit of pre-cooked rice in salted water. Dip in beaten whites, rolled in breadcrumbs and fried in fat.
