Fried peppers in tomato sauce

Ingredients
1 kg fleshy peppers
7-8 ripe tomatoes
1-2 onions
3-4 cloves garlic
2-3 peppercorns
salt
sunflower oil for frying
Method
Washed peppers are cleaned of seeds and cut into pieces. Fry in strongly heated sunflower oil. Remove and fat stew chopped onion. Add peeled and grated tomatoes and cook until stay fat. Add the crushed garlic in a little salt and black pepper. After 3- 4 minutes sauce retired from the fire. Fried peppers rank in jars, as between rows of poured hot sauce. The jars are capped and sterilized 15 minutes.
