Fried pineapple Valentine

Ingredients
1 pineapple (about 1.2 kg)
80 g sugar
50 g butter
Method
Clean the pineapple and cut into 1 cm thick. Cut the core. Received rings deep them anywhere in sugar and leave aside for about 5 minutes. Heating the butter and fry the pineapple on medium heat for about 3-4 minutes on each START until a golden crust. Serve hot or cold with whipped cream.
