Fried tomatoes in French

Ingredients
4 slightly ripe tomatoes
1 tsp salt, pepper, 1 tsp sugar
1 egg
1/4 cup milk
breadcrumbs
Method
Wash tomatoes and cut into cubes. Seasoned with salt, pepper and sugar. Beaten egg is added to milk and crashed again. The tomatoes were dipped in egg mixture, then rolled in bread crumbs. Fry in very fat until golden, about 1-2 minutes. Drain on kitchen paper.
