Fried tongue with onions

Ingredients
800 g pork, beef or veal tongue
1 bunch roots soup
1 onion
1 tsp tomato paste
salt
allspice
pepper
fat frying
Method
Language wash , put it in boiling salted water and boil until soft. Remove, immersed in cold water and peel. Broth strain and boil it until soft coarsely chopped roots for soup. The tongue is cut into slices and add salt. Chop the onion finely and fry gently in 1 tbsp vegetable oil, add the slices of tongue, which after 2-3 minutes turn (careful not to get redder, because the language becomes hard). Cooked roots soup rubbing sore and add to onion language together with the tomato paste, a few peppercorns, allspice 1 grain and part of the broth. Dish boil a few minutes and serve.
