Ingredients
500 g flour
25 g fresh yeast or 1 packet of dry
1 egg
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 cup lukewarm water
3 tbsp sunflower oil
butter spreads

Method
Yeast dissolved in water with sugar. The flour is sieved, pour the salt, is well made and subsequently the yeast was added (it is not necessary to rise), the oil and the egg. Kneads dough and leave in a warm place to rise for about 15 minutes. Portions of the risen dough is made balls that are rolled with a thickness of 0.5 cm and immediately bake BBQ or ribbed pan. After being roasted on one side turned to the other. Baked side is brushed with butter, which is pressed clove of garlic (can be grated cheese and a matter of taste and preference). It's quick and very tasty.
