Gevreks sugar

Ingredients
40 g fresh yeast
2 cup milk
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup sunflower oil
1 tsp salt
1 yolk spreads
flour for soft dough
Method
The yeast is mixed with 1 cup milk, 1 tsp sugar, salt, 1 cup flour. Allow to rise for about 20 minutes. Beat 2 eggs with 1 cup sugar added 1/2 cup sunflower oil, 1 cup milk. Sieve about 1 kg of flour, make a well in the middle, add the yeast rise, beaten eggs and mix a soft dough. Leave to rise. Knead lightly and shaped pretzels. Brushed with egg yolk and sprinkle with sugar. Leave to rise, then bake until ready in the preheated oven.
