Golden Crown

2 kg pork ribs with meat nadrebrenoto
1 tsp cumin and black pepper, salt
1 cup dry red wine
1/2 tsp rosemary
3-4 tbsp sunflower oil
# spreads:
1 tbsp paprika
2 tbsp sunflower oil
# For garnish:
1 kg potatoes
500 g mushrooms
300 g carrots
2 -3 tbsp butter

Pork ribs are formed into two chunks. Flavored with spices, pour the wine and the oil. Marinated overnight - 8-10 hours. Then placed lying down in a baking dish, pour marinade and 1/2 cup hot water. Turn with foil and bake about 1 hour at 180 C. Checking whether cooked and if they are, face and using skewers for roasting shape of a crown. Spread with sunflower oil and paprika and baked until golden. Gasket is made, the products are cut into beautiful shapes, flavors and baked until golden at 180 C. In a serving plate gently carries the crown. Filled with furniture in the resulting gap between the ribs. From countries ranks rest garnish.

This is a spectacular way to prepare pork ribitsa- meat is very delicate and is easily drained in baking! I bake 15 minutes at 450F, then reduce the oven at 325F for 2 1/2 hours. No matter how big crown, whether 2 or 4 kg - the temperature is everything.
