Goulash of hearts and vegetables

Ingredients
2 hearts (beef or pork)
2 canned beans 400 g
1 onion
4-5 tomatoes
2 carrots
1 pepper
salt, pepper
parsley, dill, bay leaf
1 tbsp mayonnaise
100 ml dry white wine
2 tsp starch
flour
sunflower oil for frying
Method
Hearts boil and cut into pieces. Rolled in flour and fry in a pan. Separately, fry finely chopped onion, carrots, cut into rings and chopped tomatoes and pepper. Pour in hearts. Pour a little water, add salt, pepper, bay leaf and stew. Add wine. When the heart is ready to put the beans and starch dissolved in a little water and mayonnaise. A little stew. Finally sprinkle with chopped parsley and dill.
