Greek salad with roasted eggplants

Ingredients
3 kg red peppers
2 kg eggplant
1 kg apples +1 sour apple
2/3 cup sugar
250 ml vinegar
120 ml sunflower oil
salt to taste
garlic and chopped celery

Method
The peppers are baked, peel and cut into not too finely. Eggplant also be baked, peeled and cut into cubes. Peel apples, cut into cubes and fry in the oil. Remove from heat, then add the remaining ingredients, add salt to taste and pour the stirred vinegar and sugar to dissolve the sugar. Everything was again stirred well, poured into jars and sterilized for 10-15 minutes.
