Ingredients
1 green salad
1/2 apple
50 g cashew
1 red onion
2 tomatoes
few radishes - optional
1 cucumber - optional
salt, white pepper
oil
balsamic vinegar

Method
Green salad is washed and chopped in large pieces. Apples and onions are cut grater into thin slices, tomatoes cut into quarters. Radishes are cut into halves, diced cucumber. Cashews bake gently in a pan and add to salad. Seasoned with salt, ground white pepper, olive oil and vinegar.
